Old Taoist Master Zhang Zhiwei had taken his disciple, Zhao Huanjin, to Chongqing. In a heated battle at the back alley behind a bar, the Old Taoist Master killed the members of Quan Xing with his bare fists, displaying his prowess as the Outcast world’s top master. However, trouble had brewed elsewhere. In the night of that battle, many undercover Outcasts in Chongqing were killed by Quan Xing.
